Return & Refund Policy

Welcome to Kilexo. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, refunds, cancellations, and shipping. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms stated below.


Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 2 (two) days from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
  • The item must be returned in the same condition as received
  • A valid proof of purchase must be provided
  • A clear unboxing video and images are mandatory for:
    • Damaged products
    • Incorrect product received
    • Missing items

Kilexo reserves the right to reject any return request that does not meet the above conditions.


  Non-Returnable Cases

Returns and refunds will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • Return request submitted after 2 days of delivery
  • Product has been used, damaged by the customer, or is not in original condition
  • Failure to provide unboxing video proof for damage/wrong item claims
  • Orders placed by mistake or no longer required by the customer

  Refund Policy

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Customers will be notified of the approval or rejection of the refund
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

Kilexo reserves the right to deny refunds if the returned product does not meet eligibility criteria.


  Shipping & Return Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • For prepaid orders that are not accepted or returned (RTO):
    • Forward and return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund
  • For voluntary returns (e.g., change of mind):
    • Customers must self-ship the product at their own cost

  Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received and inspected
  • Customers must provide valid bank account details or UPI ID to receive the refund
  • If a COD order is not accepted at delivery, resulting in return (RTO):
    • Forward and return shipping charges will be deducted
  • COD refunds are not processed instantly and may take 7–10 working days after approval

  Reverse Pickup Policy

Reverse pickup will be arranged only in the following cases:

  • Damaged product received
  • Incorrect item delivered
  • Missing items in the package

For all other cases, customers are required to ship the product back manually.


  Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only applicable if the product is:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect

Exchange requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery with valid proof.


  Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled if they are not yet shipped
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
  • Approved cancellations will be refunded within 7–10 working days

Kilexo reserves the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be issued.


  Late or Missing Refunds

  1. Check your bank account
  2. Contact your credit card provider or bank
  3. If the issue persists, contact us using the details below
