Return & Refund Policy

At Kilexo, we are committed to delivering quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return & Refund Eligibility We accept requests only in the following cases:

  • Damaged or defective product — Notify us within 24 hours of delivery with a clear unboxing video.
  • Missing items — Notify us within 24 hours with an unboxing video showing the package contents.
  • Wrong item received — Contact us within 24 hours with photos/video evidence.

Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be entertained.

Non-Returnable Items: Used, opened, or customer-damaged products; electronic products; and products marked as non-returnable in the product description.

3. Refund Process Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds are processed within 7 days:

  • Prepaid orders — Refund credited to your original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, etc.)
  • COD orders — Refund processed via UPI/bank transfer. Please share your UPI ID or bank details when raising the request.

Shipping charges are non-refundable in all cases.

4. Return Shipping If a physical return is required, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked courier service to ensure safe return of the product.

5. Order Rejection / Parcel Refusal If you refuse delivery without a valid reason, 2x the shipping charge will be deducted (covering forward + reverse shipping) before any refund is issued. For COD refusals, Kilexo reserves the right to restrict future COD orders for customers with a history of refusals.

6. Order Cancellation Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once confirmed. Please verify all details carefully before placing your order. In exceptional cases (out of stock, pricing error, unserviceable pin code), we will cancel and issue a full refund.
