Shipping Policy

Applicable for India orders only.

Processing Time All orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends are dispatched on Monday.

Estimated Delivery

  • Gujarat: 6–7 business days after dispatch
  • All other states: 7–10 business days after dispatch
  • Some pincodes may take up to 15 business days depending on courier serviceability.

Delivery Charges Shipping charges vary by location. Please check your order summary at checkout for applicable delivery fees.

Our Courier Partners We ship via DTDC, Blue Dart, and Ecom Express. The courier partner may vary based on your pincode serviceability.

Upon Receipt of Your Order Please inspect your package carefully before signing for delivery. If the parcel appears damaged or incomplete, refuse delivery or sign as "Damaged" and contact us on the same day.

Failed Delivery If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, absent receiver, or customer refusal, the package will be returned at the customer's expense. Shipping costs will be deducted from any applicable refund.

Shipping Delays We strive for timely delivery, but delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, or other factors beyond our control. In such cases, it may take up to 45 days for the courier to resolve transit issues. Please monitor your tracking link for updates.

Bank Holidays We do not dispatch or deliver on bank holidays. Your order will be processed on the next working day.
